EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Khahiro (Pty) Ltd is a 100% Black woman owned company, started in 2017 with the clear objective of helping community members particularly the recent graduate students who still need to gain experience in a working environment, the small business community, the non-government organisation, trade unions, associations, and non-profit organisations). The overall objective is to help place enough number of graduates through established relationship with various SETAs, states organs and private sector. Khahiro has been established to assist all states organs (SOC, Municipalities and governmental department – both provincial and national) and private sector (Retailors and private companies) with their training needs and procurement and supply of materials. The company was established by well experienced and determined individuals with vast knowledge in training, recruitment, sourcing and placement strategies.

GOALS OF THE COMPANY

• To help with recruitment and placement of graduates from different universities for different learning programmes.
• Help with placement of graduates from TVET colleges for all the different learning programs.
• Training the staff of the newly established companies in terms of induction and on the job training, Establishment of strong partnership with accredited intuitions across the country.
• Help in determining and development of business scoping of newly established institutions.
• Sourcing students from all over South Africa with accredited qualification.
• The sourcing and supply of materials that businesses need at a given time.
