confidentiality and protection of our clients and partners by signing a
memorandum of understanding and agreements before project commencement. This is
done in order to put our clients at ease and ensure quality and efficient
services that meet and exceed their expectation.

professional facilitators that ensures leaners receive the quality training to
be the best that they can be. We provide constant feedback to our clients
through different reports and provide opportunity for feedback from our clients
on the services we provide.

We have built up a database of competent, qualified and constituent assessor/ moderator who are able to deliver quality services to our clients. We manage the providers and ensure that all their SETA registrations are up to date at all times. Our facilitators come with the relevant industry knowledge and experience to ensure that they understand the programmes that they are delivering. This also ensures that they are able to contribute towards the sessions and provide further insight to learners, about the topics at hand.
